1. General Delivery Policy

Tsrkila.com delivers products throughout Morocco and to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs depend on your location, the product type, and the chosen carrier.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 working days for local orders and 7 to 15 working days for international deliveries.
These are approximate estimates — actual delivery times may vary due to stock availability, courier delays, or external circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and the total weight or volume of the order. In some cases, free delivery may apply for large orders or promotional offers.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can follow your order directly through the carrier’s website or your Tsrkila account.

5. Delivery Responsibility

All deliveries are handled by trusted third-party carriers. Tsrkila.com shall not be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss occurring after the product has been handed over to the carrier.
In case of a delivery problem, customers should contact the carrier directly with the tracking number provided.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel is damaged or incomplete upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours at support@tsrkila.com with photos of the package and product. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

7. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities in Morocco. For rural or remote zones, delivery may take longer or incur additional charges.
